The combination of icebath and breathwork are extremely effective for both stress management and creating joy. The session begins with 20 minutes of breathwork to prepare the body and mind. Then 3 sets of 2 minutes in the icebath (or whatever you can tolerate). It is very good for the nervous system, immune system, mood, and also decreases inflammation in the body. And you feel fantastic afterward!
