Exercises are designed to manipulate the breath which can increase focus and creativity, calm the mind and body, reduce stress, manage pain, strengthen the lungs, improve mood, improve sleep and digestion, and increase stamina and energy. Breathwork practice is excellent for free divers, yoga practitioners, and anyone who wants to gain the benefits listed above. Classes and consults available for all levels.
