## About Eagle Villa

Our biggest and most spectacular luxury pool villa has three king-sized bedrooms and one family room with a king and queen-sized bed. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms. Each room is very private, yet easily accessible to one another. A perfect getaway for couples, families, groups, small retreats or larger gatherings.

The villa includes a main house with kitchen, dining and lounging areas, and a designated room for in-house massage. On the large sundeck you'll find the 14-metre infinity pool with different lounging areas — shaded and unshaded — including couches, lounge chairs and bean bags. The villa has a total size of 800 sqm inside and outside.

Two beautiful sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, Tian Og and Sai Daeng, are situated on each side of the cape. You will experience stunning panoramic views over the ocean, the nearby beaches and islands, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

This is also one of the best places on the island to see both black-tip reef sharks and turtles. The perfect hideaway place.

## Policies

### Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Standard checkout is 10am. As a direct booker we guarantee you can stay until at least 11am — and we will always try to push that further when the schedule allows.

### Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights applies during regular season. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during peak season (December to April).

### Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and must be received no later than 3 weeks before arrival. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, an additional 4% surcharge applies. Any extra charges incurred during your stay are to be settled in cash at departure. We accept major currencies.

### Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up until the deposit is due (3 weeks before arrival). Once the 30% deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable. In case of illness, rebooking within 12 months is possible with valid medical documentation. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
