# Terms & Conditions — Villas Sabai Jai

> Terms and conditions for tours, activities, diving courses, spa treatments, and additional services booked through Villas Sabai Jai on Koh Tao, Thailand.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, activity, service or course with Villas Sabai Jai, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply specifically to activities and services — for villa rental terms, please see our Rental Policy.

## 2. Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings for tours, activities, services and courses. The remaining balance can be paid at the beginning of the course or activity.

## 3. Payment Methods

We accept cash and credit card payments (processed via Stripe). If you pay by credit card, there will be an additional 4% charge to the original price. Deposits can be paid by cash, credit card (with booking fee), or direct Thai bank transfer. Please note that Thai ATMs allow cash withdrawals with a daily limit of 20,000 THB per transaction and a maximum of 50,000 THB per day.

## 4. Cancellation Policy — Activities & Tours

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled activity are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours up to 17:00 the day before will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 17:00 the day before will be charged the full amount. Non-attendance will be charged the full amount.

## 5. Cancellation Policy — Courses, Packages & Promotions

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the start date will receive a refund minus a 1,500 THB administration fee (or 50% if materials have already been provided). Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be charged 50% of the total. Cancellations made the day before the booking will be charged the full amount.

## 6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If an event or activity is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full if rescheduling is not possible.

## 7. Liability

Villas Sabai Jai, its owners, employees, and agents accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused during any activity, tour, or course. All participants take part at their own risk.

## 8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
