Our biggest and most The villa is a perfect getaway for couple/s, families, groups, small retreats/events or larger gatherings in combination with some of our other villas. spectacular luxury pool villa, has three king-sized bedrooms and one family room with a king and queen sized bed. All rooms include en suite bathrooms. For 2-10 persons.

Each room is very private, yet easily accessible to one another. Daily cleaning included.

This villa includes a main house with kitchen, dining lounging areas and a designated room for in-house massage. On the large sundeck you will find the 14 meter infinity pool with different lounging areas (shaded and unshaded) —including couches, lounge chairs and bean bags. The villa has a size of together 400 sqm inside and outside.

Two beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, Tian Og and Sai Daeng, are situated on each side of the cape. You will experience stunning panoramic views over the ocean, the nearby beaches and islands as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This is also one of the best places on the island with a chance to see both black tip reef sharks (harmless) and turtles.

9-10 persons, the price is per night for Main house, rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 (You have the king and the queen bed in room 4).
7-8 persons, the price is per night for Main house, rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 (You have the king bed in room 4).
5-6 persons, the price is per night for Main house, rooms 1, 2 and 3. Room 4 will be locked. You will still have the property to yourselves.
3-4 persons, the price is per night for Main house, rooms 1 and 2. Rooms 3 and 4 will be locked. You will still have the property to yourselves.
1-2 persons, the price is per night for Main house and room 1. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 will be locked. You will still have the property to yourselves.

Queen bed in room 4, only for max 2 children.

Conservation

The villas are build almost only with natural materials and have an energy-efficient building technology installed in order to avoid waste of natural resources.

For example the following:

House building materials are concrete, building blocks, stones from the island, reused wood from old houses in northern Thailand and thatched roofs
Only AA class electric house hold appliances
Keycards in all houses, switches off the electricity automatically when taken out of the holder
Low consuming water toilets
Water tank for collecting rain water
Low electricity consuming water heating (air heating pump) in Eagle Villa
Solar panels on all villas
LED lighting throughout Gecko and Turtle villas and more than halfway changed in Eagle Villa
All wooden furniture made of old reused teak wood from northern Thailand
Bulk dispensers for toiletries
Recycling bins for cans, glass, paper, plastic and food waste
Since there is a lack of water and the electricity is produced in local generators on the island, we ask you to use the water and electricity carefully whilst your stay in the villa.

Don´t use more water than needed and ALWAYS switch off the AC when not needed and when leaving the house.

Simply amazing

The Eagle Villa in Koh Tao was probably the most incredible place we ever spent our hollidays at. The view is incredible, can’t be better. The house is very modern and all bedrooms have an amazing view. The housekeeper is very friendly, speaks good english and helps you out whenever you need anything. The villa also has rental scooters, i highly recommend taking them to ride arround in Koh Tao. They are pretty fast;) The place is a little far away from the major beaches (f.ex. Sairee Beach 15 min.) but it is very calm and relaxed atmosphere. A great place to make hollidays for anyone. Thank you Eagle Villa for the great time we had in Koh Tao!

Overwhelming

I booked the villa to celebrate my 40th birthday together with 9 of my best friends. When we entered the location everyone was overwhelmed and kind of speechless, as it was even better than on the pictures. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The housekeeper Warwar prepared breakfast for us and was there for all questions we had. She was a blast. Thank you again for everything. So the villa offers a fantastic view over Shark Bay and to Shark island. There are 5 sleeping rooms one of them maybe a little small for two adults. Nevertheless it worked out pretty well and some of us even slept outside at the pool and enjoyed the nice and warm wind. So if you are looking for a place where you are on your own together with your family or friends – it is perfect. If you want to party, it is only a 15 minutes taxi ride. If you like to snorkel, you just walk down some stairs to the sea. If you love beaches, it is a bit longer walk or you take a taxi or the scooters which can be rented at the villa. So, there is not much more to say than it was my best birthday I ever had. The location is perfect, And the day itself we all had massages in the villa and in the evening I had a chef from Barracuda Restaurant (which I highly recommend) who prepared an awesome dinner and fantastic cocktails for us. So many thanks to our host Bob and Asa and special thanks to Warwar.

Piece of Paradise

Pictures of this place do not do it justice. We LOVED everything about Sabai Jai Eagle Villa. It is BEAUTIFUL. Like staying in a postcard. The layout and design of the villa were perfect for our group of 5, but could have easily accommodated 10. The deck / kitchen / pool area were so inviting – 5 star. The view cannot be beat! The owners and their staff were super helpful in arranging anything we needed, from massages, to scooter rentals, to snorkeling, to restaurant recommendations. They were so helpful. The place is a short drive from the main town, but we loved the peace and privacy. I will stay here again.. Thank you Bo, Asa, and WarWar.

LE SPOT DE KOH TAO

Nous avons loué cette magnifique villa directement sur leur site et avons été enchanté. La maison est entretenue a la perfection, le mobilier et détails de déco sont superbes, les chambres sont magnifiques, la literie au top et les salles de bains extraordinaires in/out. La pièce à vivre est très agréable avec une cuisine professionnelle, gaz et induction. La piscine et les extérieurs sont sublimes à l’abri du vent avec des vues a couper le souffle, encore plus beau que les photos. Le top est le snorkling en bas des escaliers, mettez vous a l’eau et a quelques mètres observez les requins qui sont la en permanence wouhaaaa ou bien nager sur votre gauche les fonds sont superbes, arrivés sur la plage traversez l’hôtel pour accéder directement a AO LUK ….c’est réellement le paradis pour le snorkling L’accès a la villa est tout a fait faisable avec les scooter (att toutefois pour les novices) en location a la villa qui sont neufs :-)) Les restos, avons teste le thai et les pizz qui livrent a la villa sont très bons, service rapide et sans erreur Pour terminer l’accueil de Bob et Asa fut remarquable ainsi que les échanges avant notre arrivée et la cerise sur le gâteau fut la gentillesse, la discrétion et la joie de vivre de WAWA qui fut aux petits soins avec nous. Eine Traumvilla mit super Meerblick

Hallo, Wir haben diese Traumvilla für fast 14 Tage gebucht und man will sie erst garnicht mehr verlassen um die Gegend zu erkundschaften! Wir haben 2 Wohnungen, einen herrlichen Infinitypool, eine geile Lounge, und und und! Unsere Dame Waw Waw ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und zaubert und morgens ein leckeres Frühstück! Sie geht für uns einkaufen, bestellt Essen, sie ist einfach super! Bob, unser Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gibt bei der Ankunft tolle Tipps der Insel! Eigentlich braucht man diese Villa nicht verlassen. Ach, der morgendliche Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ist unbezahlbar! Die Vorhänge braucht man nachts nicht zuziehen, so kann man die Fischerboote und das tolle Meer sehen! Einfach traumhaft! Natürlich kann man alles andere unternehmen, fragt einfach Waw Waw! Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es nicht weiter 😉 , damit es für uns frei bleibt! Falls es keiner verstanden, dass ist hier mega geil!
